Greg has also served as a leading executive fitness manager and general manager of several of the top health and fitness companies in the country, where he finished in the national top 10 sales. He did all this by the time he was 22, then started his own business and went for his dreams. He ended up landing professional fitness model gigs for fitness magazines, including Exercise for Men, for books, and is a winning natural bodybuilder. Being natural, Greg's physique has impressed many fitness experts through the years, and some have compared it to Frank Zane and Arnold Schwarzenegger. One veteran fitness professional who has been in the industry for close to 3 decades, stated that Greg "had the best body I ever saw". In addition to publishing two books, including "Natural Fitness for the 21st Century" and "Commandments of Washboard Abs", with several more in the works, Greg is also a syndicated professional writer and columnist online. His 200+ articles to date and climbing are currently read by more than 10,000 readers across the globe. His motivational book, "The Advantage: 3 Steps to a Rewarding and Extraordinary Life", which he wrote when he was just 23, is also available through this site.

In addition, Greg has had the honor of enjoying other fun benefits that his enthusiasm for fitness has offered, including being featured on QVC and being featured in 3 Hall of Fame fitness instructor Cathe Friedrich exercise videos, "Shock Training System", "STS 2", and "Xtrain". He produced his own first video by himself in 2013 "20 Minute Muscle", and has left the door open to make more in the future. Greg's passion for helping others sculpt the body began after he was drafted by the Florida Marlins baseball organization out of high school (He was the only student in his small town high school's history to accomplish this feat and his coach told him he couldn't do it). An All-American, 1st Team All-State, Two Time County MVP, member of the Courier Post "All Century" 1st Team baseball team, and among state leaders in offensive record books, including homeruns, Greg tore his ACL shortly after being drafted and went through 12 months of rehabilitation, where he learned the science of building the body firsthand. Shortly after, he learned that he could make money as a trainer instead of having to go to school for 10 years to become a Physical Therapist. He had already begun to write up programs for teammates while in college.

Greg has "naturally" built, sculpted and maintained a 6 pack Ab region for more than 15 years, and his body fat during that time has been maintained between 6% and 14%, without even using supplements. Greg credits his and his clients' success to his scientific knowledge, which he applies to peoples' programs to gain "rapid results". He is the CEO of "Rapid Results" personal training LLC., "48 Hour Fitness" LLC., GM Health and Fitness Organization LLC, "CTWF",, and publisher of "Absolute Body Sculpting" e-magazine. He is also a graduate and a member of the National Honors Society in Psychology (Psi Chi) at Rutgers University and holds 2 college degrees. His fitness certifications for personal training are through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as the American Council on Exercise.
